TESTING PHASE NOTICE: Crab Defence is currently in Open Testing. While In-App Purchases are enabled, game data and balances may be subject to resets or adjustments during the testing period to ensure technical stability.
By downloading or using Crab Defence, you agree to these terms provided by Landcrab Interactive.
1. Virtual Items & Currency
The game features two types of virtual currency: Goldfish (Earned) and Pearls (Premium).
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
- They cannot be redeemed for "real world" money or any other item of value outside of the App.
- Purchases of Pearls are final and non-refundable, except as required by Google Play billing policies.
2. In-App Purchases (IAP)
All financial transactions are handled securely via the Google Play Billing System.
- You are responsible for all purchases made through your Google Play account.
- We do not store your credit card or financial information on our servers; this is managed entirely by Google.
3. Advertising & Rewards
Crab Defence uses third-party advertising (AdMob).
- Rewarded Ads: You may choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for in-game rewards (e.g., 5 Pearls or doubling Goldfish).
- The delivery of a reward is contingent upon the successful completion of the advertisement view.
- We are not responsible for the content of advertisements served by third-party networks.
4. User Accounts & Data
To provide cloud saving, the app uses Google Play Games Services. Your unique Play ID and email are stored in our Firebase database. You agree to the collection of this data for the purpose of synchronizing your progress and verifying your status as a tester.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using exploits, automation software (bots), or hacks to gain virtual currency.
- Attempting to manipulate the Ad-reward system.
- Reverse engineering the application or its backend communication.
6. Limitation of Liability
Landcrab Interactive is not liable for the loss of virtual items due to technical bugs, account deletion, or service interruptions during the testing phase.
