Data Deletion Request

At Landcrab Interactive, we take your privacy and data ownership seriously. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data for Crab Defence, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to: landcrab.interactive@gmail.com

To help us locate and verify your unique cloud save in our Firebase database, please provide one of the following:

The Google Account Email used to sign in.
Your Google Play Games Player ID (Found in the "Profile" section of the Google Play Games app).

What will be permanently deleted:

Personal Identifiers: Your Google Account Email address and Google Play Games ID.
Game Progress: All wave records, tower upgrades, and tutorial progression status.
Currency: All Goldfish and Premium Pearl (Premium Currency) balances.
Activity Statistics: Your total login count, and first/last login timestamps.

Note: This action is permanent. Once your data is deleted from our Firebase Cloud Storage, it cannot be recovered, and all in-game progress will be lost forever.

We will process all deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
